Last year, burnout was elevated by the World Health Organization from a built-in feature of our always-on world to a fully defined “occupational phenomenon” that stems directly from our collective work stress. During the past few months, prioritizing wellness has been particularly challenging. Many of us are feeling exhausted and have allowed our own health and wellness to slide.

The good news is, we have more power than we realize to prevent and minimize burnout — even during uncertain, challenging times like these. By tackling the problem head on, prioritizing both our mental and physical well-being, and setting boundaries as we adjust to life in the current environment, it’s possible to build healthy habits before burnout becomes a crisis.

These resources will help you take control of your stress before it takes control of you, and put you on a path toward greater resilience, in the face of the pandemic and beyond.
